Membership has it privileges. Members have access to our network of prescreened mortgage providers. If a member is in the market for a home mortgage, they would simply contact NHA for a provider in their area. NHA will connect them with an approved provider who has their best interest in mind. If a member had already applied for a mortgage with someone outside our network, the member can still contact NHA. We would connect them to an approved mortgage provider that can review the transaction for them and provide an honest assessment. If the offer is a good one, the provider would let the member know. If not, the reason would be explained and the member would have the option of choosing another mortgage provider or using the NHA approved provider. Members can feel at ease that they will receive a good offer, the best possible service and know that the provider has their best interest in mind. |
